- Damaged Products (Replacement Only)
If you receive a damaged product, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photo/video proof
• Replacement will be shipped after verification - No refunds will be provided for damaged items, only replacement.
- Returns (Change of Mind / Not Satisfied)
If you want to return a product:
• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Customer must courier the product back - Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
• A flat ₹50 return fee will be deducted
• No other charges will be deducted
• The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method - Non-Returnable Cases
Returns won’t be accepted if:
• Product is used, damaged, or not in original condition
• Request is made after 48 hours
